At our first meeting, Chris was able to pinpoint what I wanted to achieve- a fitter, more toned, stronger me. After my first session, I realised that for years I had only been doing what I would call “pretend exercise”. Chris has managed to get me enthused about exercise again. He continues to encourage, as well as challenge me to keep setting more goals and work towards them. My flexibility and balance have improved dramatically along with my body strength. I’ve been on a roller coaster with my weight all my life, up, down, up & down. After a health scare I went into my local gym and signed up with a PT. I didn’t get to choose my PT but after 8 months with Chris I wouldn’t trade him in for anything.
We started in Nov 07 with me weighing in at 98kgs at size 16-18. He makes a training session hard but great fun. Chris is there to provide all the advice you need to reach your goals, from training to healthy eating. For the first time in my life I enjoy going to the gym and working out, I’m still going 4-5 times a week; I’m down to 84kg, size 14 & shrinking.
I wouldn’t be feeling & looking as good as I do now without the 110% I receive from Chris.

I have been training with Chris for 7 months now. I came to Chris wanting to put some muscle. I starting off at 70kg and I am now 77kg. I have put on 1kg per week.
