Diet and Detoxification

• Getting your heart to your “target pulse rate” for 10-20 Minutes
Best: Walking 3-5 Times a Week – it is safe and effective.
• Weight Resistance Exercise: Start very light and go “Super Slow” to avoid injury. 4 upper body and 4 lower body exercises 3 times a week.
• Most of all: Move! – Don’t just sit there! Yes, take the steps instead of the elevator.
