Here are a list of fitness tips which can help you learn what effective exercise is and save you time with your exercise program. We all need to exercise, I truely believe it is something we are all meant to do, the benefits are endless. However, some exercises are better for you than others, while some may not be suitable for you, for example running if you have bad knees.

If you can then get out there and do it, it's the best form of cardio exercise for fat burning, especially fast running which kick starts your metabolism more than other exercise with weight training a close second.

Be sure that you invest in the right footwear as this will help to prevent excessive soreness and improve recovery. If you are not fortunate enough to be able to run then they are plenty of other options for you to regularly exercise for example swimming, walking or weight training just to name a few.
