Want to be "Fat for Life"? Eat this!
Choosing to eat mostly the following foods will increase your chances of gaining body fat, no matter how much exercise you do, lowering energy levels, create unnecessary stress/ mood swings, lower your level of overall health and increase the chances of you developing chronic lifestyle diseases later in life.
This becomes increasingly important the older you get as your metabolism slows by an average of 0.5% each year after your late twenties. Some ways you can increase your metabolism is to eat 5 regular meals per day including a big breakfast, do weight training, perform cardio exercise first thing in the morning and minimise alcohol.
